About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will:

- Guide customers through the service process with transparent communication and genuine care.
- Manage bookings, check-ins, and vehicle updates, ensuring customers are well-informed.
- Handle customer concerns professionally, knowing when to escalate issues to management.




- Work collaboratively with the workshop team to ensure accurate and timely updates for customers, with no mechanical knowledge required!
- Take initiative & show motivation, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
