About the Opportunity/n

/nWe are currently seeking multiple high calibre Service Desk / Desktop Support Analysts (L1-L2) to join a Federal Government organisation based in Adelaide CBD. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated IT professionals who thrive in fast paced environments and can quickly become productive within a contractor setting./n

/nWorking within a modern Microsoft centric environment, you will provide frontline technical support to end users, ensuring the smooth operation of business critical systems and services./n

/n Key Responsibilities/n

/n /n

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop and service desk support.

/n

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, application, and user access issues.

/n

- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.

/n

- Support Microsoft 365 technologies including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

/n

- Assist with Azure and identity related support activities.

/n

- Deliver excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.

/n





- Escalate complex issues where appropriate and contribute to ongoing service improvements.

Essential Requirements/n

/n /n

- Demonstrated experience providing L1/L2 Desktop Support or Service Desk support.

/n

- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.

/n

- Exposure to Azure and ServiceNow.

/n

- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

/n

- Current Australian Baseline Security Clearance.

/n

- Ability to work onsite in Adelaide CBD.
