Role: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Melbourne/Sydney/Canberra/Perth

Duration: 1+ year with possible extension

Role Summary The ServiceNow Developer will complete the design, development and implementation of business Catalogue items and forms, which are critical to the project, including payroll, complex payment, and claims and BI reporting forms.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete the outstanding business Catalogue items for claims and BI reporting.
- Design, develop and implement business forms, including:
- Payroll forms
- Complex payment forms
- Claims and BI/PI reporting forms
- Apply sound business Catalogue design practices, including variables, UI policies, client and server scripts, and workflow or flow automation.




- Support integration of Catalogue solutions with ITSM, Discovery, HAM and SAM.
- Test, document and support deployment of Catalogue items through the upgrade to Australia.

Required Qualifications

- Relevant ServiceNow CIS certification.
- Proven experience in business Catalogue design and form development.
- Experience building complex forms and approval or fulfilment flows.
- Practical experience working with DIM.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with finance, payroll or claims-related Catalogue solutions.
- Experience with reporting requirements for BI.
