About the Role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and enhance risk management, governance, and compliance solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow development and a good understanding of risk and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and enhance ServiceNow IRM / GRC modules to automate risk assessments, compliance testing, and evidence collection.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, Business Rules, Flow Designer workflows, and Integration Hub solutions.
- Translate regulatory and internal control requirements into technical configurations and automated controls.
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into risk, compliance, and control performance.
- Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, risk,



and audit teams to improve GRC processes.
- Support platform upgrades, REST/SOAP integrations, and CMDB/CSDM alignment.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow IRM, GRC, Risk Management, or Compliance modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.
- Understanding of risk and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, or GDPR.
- Experience with API integrations, reporting, and dashboards.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
