Profectus is seeking expressions of interest from experienced ServiceNow Architects for future ICT contract opportunities across the Australian Government. The work is likely to require designing ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM and SecOps, setting platform standards and governance, and leading developers and vendors through implementations, upgrades and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across one or more modules
- Define and maintain platform architecture standards, patterns and governance
- Design CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) structures
- Design integrations between ServiceNow and other agency systems
- Translate business requirements into platform designs and technical options
- Present designs to architecture review and governance boards
- Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow developers and administrators
- Plan platform roadmaps, upgrades and instance strategy
- Address security, access control and performance requirements in designs
- Work with ServiceNow and implementation partners on design and delivery

Required Experience
- Minimum seven years of ServiceNow experience, including at least three years in an architect or technical lead role




- Solution design across ITSM and at least one other module such as ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM or SecOps
- CMDB and CSDM design
- ServiceNow integration design using REST, Integration Hub and MID Servers
- Platform governance, upgrades and instance management
- Large government or enterprise ServiceNow programs

Desirable Experience
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Knowledge of the Information Security Manual (ISM)
- Agile delivery programs

Security Clearance Requirements
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Must hold a current AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance (minimum)
