ServiceNow Developer (ITOM / ITAM) - Location: Australia

- Employment Type: Contract or Permanent The Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support a major banking client on a large-scale ServiceNow transformation program. This role will focus on the design, development, and optimisation of ServiceNow solutions across IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM), with a particular focus on HAM, SAM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery and Service Mapping. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a complex enterprise environment, helping to improve service visibility, operational efficiency, and asset governance across a large banking organisation.

Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITOM and ITAM modules.

- Implement and support Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) capabilities.
- Develop and maintain a robust and accurate Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Implement and align solutions with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework.
- Configure and optimise Discovery and Service Mapping capabilities.
- Develop workflows, integrations, automation, and custom ServiceNow applications.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.




- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to solution design discussions and best-practice implementation approaches.

Skills & Experience - Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer within enterprise environments.

- Experience working within the banking or financial services sector.
- Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation programs. Eligibility - Must be based in Australia.
