- $40 per hour (rate to be confirmed)

- Monday to Friday, 6am–2pm, with overtime and occasional Saturday work

- Two opportunities available across sheet metal fabrication and fibreglass insulation

About Our Client

Our Client specialises in sheet metal manufacturing and fabrication, producing ductwork, flashings, brackets, panels and other components. They are seeking experienced workers to join their production team across sheet metal floor work and fibreglass ductwork insulation.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Sheet Metal Worker, you will be responsible for the below duties across either fabrication or fibreglass production:

- Measuring, marking, cutting, bending and shaping sheet metal

- Operating plasma cutting, Pittsburg, folding and guillotine machines

- Fabricating, assembling and fastening sheet metal ductwork and components

- Operating CNC-style machinery and weld pin machines

- Measuring, cutting and fitting fibreglass insulation to ductwork

- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions

- Checking finished products for accuracy, quality and compliance

What You Will Need To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:

- Previous sheet metal fabrication or fibreglass experience





- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

- Experience using relevant machinery, hand tools and power tools

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test

- Trade qualifications are not required
