The Role

As a Showroom Consultant, you'll be the friendly face greeting customers in the Stratagreen showroom. You'll assist with product selection, process sales orders, and ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and positive experience. This role also involves liaising with the warehouse team for order collections and maintaining an organised and welcoming showroom workplace. This role is based in Canningvale, and is Monday - Friday 730am starts and Paid overtime is offered. Training is provided.

Responsibilities:





- Provide excellent customer service and assist with product selection
- Process sales and payments accurately using MYOB Acumatica
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for customer pickups and assist with loading when needed
- Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Handle phone and in-person enquiries professionally and efficiently

What We're Looking For:

- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and safety-conscious
- Experience using MYOB Acumatica or similar system
