We are looking for a motivated Site Engineer or Project Engineer with a strong structures background and some civil construction experience to join the project delivery team in Jindabyne, NSW.

This opportunity would suit an engineer who understands structural construction and is comfortable coordinating site activities, working with subcontractors, and ensuring construction works meet project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Candidates with experience in concrete structures, reinforced concrete, foundations, formwork, steel structures, or structural elements associated with civil infrastructure are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Coordinate day-to-day site engineering and construction activities.
- Oversee structural works and support the delivery of associated civil construction activities.
- Interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate subcontractors,



suppliers, materials, and site resources.
- Monitor construction progress against project schedules and milestones.
- Conduct site inspections and assist with quality assurance, inspections, and test plans (ITPs).
- Identify and resolve technical issues, design discrepancies, and construction challenges.

About You:

- A degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience as a Site Engineer, Project Engineer, or in a similar construction engineering role.
- Some civil construction experience, ideally on infrastructure, utilities, water, or wastewater projects.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, inspections, and site activities.
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Australian working rights and the ability to work in Jindabyne, NSW.
