Site Foreman Mixed Commercial ProjectsYour new companyAn established and growing commercial builder is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects across Brisbane's western corridor and Ipswich. With a strong pipeline of work secured, you'll be leading projects spanning medical, education, commercial, refurbishment and fit-out sectors, with values ranging from smaller fast-paced refurbishments through to new-build developments valued up to $40 million.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Foreman looking to join a business that prioritises quality, safety and long-term staff retention.

Your new roleReporting to the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating subcontractors and daily site operations
- Driving programme and productivity outcomes
- Managing site safety, quality and compliance requirements
- Conducting toolbox talks and site inductions
- Monitoring construction progress and resolving site issues
- Liaising with project stakeholders and consultants
- Maintaining robust relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensuring projects are delivered to programme and budget expectations





What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience as a Foreman on commercial construction projects
- Experience delivering projects across one or more of the following sectors: medical, education, commercial, refurbishments or fit-outs
- Strong knowledge of construction methodology and sequencing
- Sound understanding of WHS requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors and drive site outcomes
- Trade qualification preferred
- Current White Card
