About the role

BUILDON CONSTRUCTION is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects in Perth region of Western Australia.

The Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating all in office activities and ensuring the project is completed safely, on time and within budget. Also supporting Administration tasks.

Key responsibilities

- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations on the construction site. Support provided by OHS representative.

- Overseeing the work of subcontractors and trade teams to maintain high standards of workmanship

- Managing the site logistics, including the coordination of material deliveries, plant and equipment

- Monitoring progress against the project schedule and budget, and implementing corrective actions as required

- Communicating project status to key stakeholders, including the client, design team and project managers

- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

- Providing leadership, training and mentoring to the site team

About you

- Site Manager experienced in the construction industry, ideally within the commercial or development sectors

- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods,



materials and building regulations

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically

- Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a wide range of stakeholders

- Thorough understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance requirements

- Relevant tertiary qualifications to support the role and knowledge
