About the role

Brown Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee all aspects of a $20m multi-storey commercial construction project in the Southern Suburbs of Brisbane. This full time role is key to ensuring the successful delivery of the project to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you'll be doing

- Coordinate and direct all on-site construction activities, including workforce management, scheduling, and quality control

- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely project delivery

- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and challenges that may impact the project schedule or budget

- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the construction team

- Monitor and report on project progress, costs, and key performance indicators

What we're looking for

- Proven track record as a Site Manager in the commercial construction industry





- Previous experience on structures up to 5 x levels

- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment

- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations

- QBCC Open Site Supervisor licence

- Strong leadership and team-building abilities

- Trade qualification
