In this role, you will:

- Manage and coordinate supervisors, subcontractors, labour, equipment and materials to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor project progress, costs, schedules and productivity, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions where required.
- Champion HSEQ standards, ensuring compliance with project requirements,

Australian standards and company procedures.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, contractors and project stakeholders, maintaining clear communication on progress and performance.
- Provide leadership and direction to site teams, promoting accountability, collaboration and a high-performance culture.

About you

You are an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record delivering complex construction, maintenance or structural remediation projects within the resources, energy or heavy industrial sectors. You bring strong operational leadership, commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple work fronts in a demanding site environment.

To be successful, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in a Site Manager or senior construction leadership role on major industrial projects.
- Strong background in structural remediation, brownfield construction, maintenance or multidisciplinary project delivery.
- Proven ability to lead large site teams, supervisors and subcontractors while maintaining high safety and productivity standards.

- Strong knowledge of HSEQ requirements, Australian standards and site compliance obligations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
