About the role

Join the dynamic team at KSM Design & Construct as a Site Manager, overseeing the successful delivery of a $30M construction project in Doncaster, Victoria. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise and lead a team in the rapid-paced construction industry.

What you'll be doing

- Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

- Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations

- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and provide regular progress updates

- Foster a positive and productive team environment, providing mentorship and guidance to site personnel

- Ensure all necessary permits, approvals, and inspections are obtained in a timely manner

- Monitor and report on project performance, identifying and addressing any risks or challenges

What we're looking for

- Extensive experience (5 years) as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry

- Proven track record of successfully managing high end residential / commercial construction projects

- Excellent communication,



problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask effectively

- Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations

- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and foster a positive, productive work environment

- Relevant construction management qualifications or certifications
