Role Description The Site Operations Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Kingsgrove, NSW. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, including production planning, inventory management, and coordination of inbound and outbound logistics.

Manager leads and supports operational teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities include monitoring operational performance, optimizing processes, managing supplier and service relationships,



and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The role also involves collaborating with other departments on continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to strategic planning for site capacity and resource utilization.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in site or operations management within manufacturing, food production, or a related industry.
- Strong skills in production planning, inventory control, and workflow optimization.
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and compliance standards relevant to food manufacturing or ingredient supply.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse operational teams while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Proficiency in using ERP or inventory management systems and basic data analysis tools.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with suppliers and internal partners.
- Relevant qualifications in operations management, supply chain, engineering, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (such as Lean or Six Sigma) is an advantage.
