An established Sydney builder is looking for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a modern new build home in Dover Heights. The site is ready to start, so you’ll be involved from day one and can set up the job properly and see it through to handover. This is a hands-on management role with no tool work. You’ll be running the site, not swinging a hammer.

Our client is an established Sydney builder specialising in bespoke, architecturally designed homes. For Nearly 10 years they have built a strong reputation for delivering stand out homes across Sydney and most of their work comes from repeat clients. They back their team with up-to-date systems, work with leading architects and designers, and have a cooperative culture where good ideas and high standards are valued.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading day-to-day site delivery from start through to completion

- Coordinating and managing subcontractors and trades to keep the program on track

- Overseeing quality control and making sure work meets the plans, specifications and Australian Standards

- Managing site safety and WHS compliance

- Keeping the Project Manager and client up to date on progress,



program and any issues

- Managing deliveries, materials and site logistics on a tight coastal residential site

- Running inspections and certifier sign-offs, and handling defects through to handover

What You’ll Bring

- A trade background. You know how a house is built and can spot poor workmanship quickly
- A current NSW Builders Licence

- Proven experience delivering high-quality new build residential projects

- Strong subcontractor management and the confidence to hold trades to program and standard
- A good eye for detail and a commitment to quality finishes

- Solid communication and organisational skills

- White Card and any other required site safety tickets
