About the Company An established and growing Tier 2 building contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a 30-level luxury residential apartment project in Southport.

The company specialises in high-end residential construction and has a strong pipeline of projects, offering long-term security and the opportunity to be part of a growing business.

With an experienced and supportive leadership team, they pride themselves on delivering quality projects while maintaining a positive and collaborative working environment.

About the Role

You will take the lead on site, overseeing the day-to-day delivery of a high-end apartment development in a prime Gold Coast location.

Key responsibilities include

- Managing subcontractors and site teams.
- Driving the construction programme and meeting key milestones.
- Maintaining site safety and compliance.
- Overseeing quality control and high-end finishes.




- Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Site Manager on multi-residential / Class 2 projects.
- Solid subcontractor management and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of construction programming and sequencing.
- A strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
