About the Company

Commercial Builders with a national footprint and strong pipeline of work who are recognised for delivering multiple projects to some of the largest retail organisations. We are seeking an experienced, practical, and hands-on Site Manager to lead retail store fit-out projects including end-to-end fit-outs, major refurbishments, and structural upgrades across our expanding retail network in Victoria.

About the Role

This is a dynamic, site-based role ideal for a skilled tradesman who thrives on leading projects from the front. Beginning with initial handover to practical completion. As the Site Manager,



you will oversee daily site operations, coordinate trades and remain actively hands-on on-site to ensure projects are completed as smoothly as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee commercial fit-out projects from start to finish.
- Manage, coordinate, and supervise trades and contractors.
- Maintain a hands-on approach to all fit-out related tasks.
- Drive project timelines to ensure handover deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Manage site safety compliance and maintain a secure working environment.
- Liaise effectively with project managers, operations teams, and store management.

Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Foreman, or Tradesman (Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge in commercial or retail environments is highly advantageous.
- Carpentry or joinery trade qualification is highly advantageous.
- Valid White Card essential.
- Valid Driver’s Licence essential.
