Fit-out Supervisor required for flagship project in Sydney CBD.An excellent prospect has become available for an experienced Fit-Out Supervisor to join a leading contractor on a large-scale commercial development in the Sydney CBD.
This is a 6-month contract role overseeing the delivery of premium retail and commercial fit-out packages within a flagship project. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, driving programme outcomes, maintaining site safety, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and finish are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily fit-out activities across high-end retail and commercial tenancies
- Coordinate subcontractors and site trades to ensure programme milestones are met
- Monitor quality, finishes and defect management throughout delivery
- Conduct toolbox talks and maintain a strong safety culture on site
- Liaise closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, consultants and clients
- Ensure works are delivered in line with project specifications and deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Fit-Out Supervisor on commercial fit-out projects, including high-end retail
- Strong understanding of high-end finishes and quality expectations
- Ability to manage multiple trades in a fast-paced live construction environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant tickets and certifications required to work on commercial construction sites
