About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager / Supervisor to join our growing Strata team. This is a hybrid role blending hands-on site supervision with project management. You will manage a portfolio of strata building and insurance repair projects from initial scoping and estimating through to final handover.

This role is perfect for a seasoned building supervisor or an experienced tradesperson with strong construction knowledge looking to excel in a structured project management environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Delivery: Oversee multiple strata and insurance building repairs simultaneously, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain regular, empathetic, and clear communication with strata managers,



body corporate committees, loss adjusters, and residents.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to OHS regulations, building codes, and company service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Assist withScoping & Estimating: Attend strata properties to inspect damages, determine the scope of works, and accurately cost repair tenders.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate, schedule, and supervise qualified trades and subcontractors on site, enforcing high standards of quality and compliance.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Proven Experience: Background as a Building Supervisor, Project Manager, or Estimator within insurance repairs, remedial building, or residential construction.
- Trade Background: A strong trade background (Carpentry or similar) is highly regarded.
- Strata Knowledge: Familiarity with Strata operations, body corporate structures, or large-loss insurance building processes is an advantage.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing digital project management platforms, estimating tools, and job portals.
- Licences: Must hold a valid Australian Driver's Licence and a current Construction White Card.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding problem-solving skills, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
