About the Role

With an exciting pipeline of projects coming up across aged care, apartments, defence, retail & more we have an opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team! You will work closely with the Project Manager and site team to manage day-to-day operations of the work site including supervision, minimising delays to construction program, site logistics, communications and managing daily resources on site.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Manage the overall daily operation of site including, personnel, program,



logistics and safety.
- Provide the technical knowledge required to ensure the building works are completed to a satisfactory standard and manage the resolution of any defects.
- Coordinate sub-contract resources and manage delivery of materials and plant in accordance with the master program.
- Manage the sub-contractor in relation to forward planning, maintaining of program and adherence to the company’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure the sub-contractor is performing their works in accordance with the specifications and drawing and maintaining a high quality of finish.
- Resolve issues between contractors, in regard to work areas and priorities to enable a safe and productive workplace.
- As required, support the Safety Officer in carrying out inductions, tool box meetings, JSA audits and reviews, daily inspections and other elements of the WHS management system.

About You!

You will have a genuine passion for commercial construction and proven experience in the industry. You will be a motivated team player with the following knowledge and experience:

- 3 – 5+ years of experience supervising a commercial construction site.
- Proven experience of managing safety and compliance on commercial sites.
- Trade qualification (preferred).




- Strong ability in reading and interpreting plans & drawings.
- Knowledge and application of relevant building codes and standards.
