An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Supervisor with fit-out and finishes experience to join a leading national Tier 1 construction contractor.

Working on a significant, technically complex development in metropolitan Perth, you'll play a key role in coordinating internal fit-out packages, managing subcontractors and trades, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality finishes.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of major projects across WA.

The Opportunity

- Supervise the fit-out and finishing stages of a major commercial construction project.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and daily site activities.
- Manage programme, quality, safety and project milestones.
- Ensure works are completed to a high standard and in accordance with project specifications.
- Liaise with Site Managers, Project Engineers and subcontractors.
- Drive successful delivery of internal fit-out and finishes packages.

About You





- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Finishes Supervisor with a commercial/Industrial head contractor.
- Robust background in commercial fit-out, internal finishes and trade coordination.
- Experience delivering medium to large-scale commercial projects.
- Excellent knowledge of site safety, quality and construction programming.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain programme deadlines.
