The Role

We are seeking an experienced Finishes Supervisor/Foreman to join our large scale mixed residential project. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will lead an excellent on-site team, overseeing all finishes-related activities to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers in finishes trades
- Oversee all on-site activities to ensure progress, quality, and compliance with plans and specifications
- Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all WHS regulations




- Conduct regular site inspections, addressing issues and maintaining quality standards
- Manage site documentation including daily logs, safety records, and material orders
- Communicate effectively with the Site Manager, project team, and subcontractors to keep the project on track

About You:

- Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor on large residential construction projects
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 principal contractor experience essential
- Robust knowledge of finishes trades, construction processes, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in interpreting construction plans and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure
- Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent experience in construction management
