Own the voice of a global brand

Every post, every reply and every trend we jump on says something about who we are. We are looking for a Social Media Manager who knows exactly what that should be, and who can build a team that delivers it every day.

You will own our social strategy, content calendar and brand voice across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and every other platform where our community lives, for both our casino and our sportsbook. You will lead the social team in Melbourne, including our Social Media Coordinator, Designer and Video Editor.

What you will do

You will set the social strategy and own the content calendar, planning around sports fixtures, product launches, promotions and the trends that matter to our audience. You will define and protect our brand voice so every post feels unmistakably ours.

You will lead and develop the social team, setting clear targets for reach, engagement and growth,



and building the processes that let the team publish quickly without compromising quality.

You will work closely with Community, Brand and Creative, Product and the wider Marketing team, so every post is on-brand, timely and within each platform's rules. You will report on performance to the Head of Marketing and use the data to sharpen what we do next.

What you will bring

- At least five years of experience in social media, including at least two years leading a team
- Intimate knowledge of social media platforms, formats and trends
- Strong iGaming, sports betting or online casino experience
- A proven ability to set strategy and targets, and to deliver against them
- Strong copywriting and a confident editorial voice
- Experience working in a startup or fast-scaling environment, and comfort with changing priorities
- Full Australian working rights (permanent resident or citizen); this role does not offer sponsorship

Bonus points for

- Familiarity with crypto and Web3 brands and the communities around them
- Experience running social for a global brand across multiple markets and languages
- Experience with live sports and reactive content
