An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded commercial builder delivering a strong pipeline of fitout and refurbishment projects across Melbourne./n

/nThis is a key appointment for a Project Manager who is looking to take ownership of major projects, work closely with senior leadership and be part of a business that values quality, relationships and delivering exceptional outcomes./n

/n The Role/n

/nYou will take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, commercially and to a high standard./n /n Key responsibilities include:/n

/n /n

- Lead and manage commercial fitout & refurbishment projects valued at $15M+

/n

- Manage projects from pre-construction through to handover

/n

- Drive project programmes, budgets, procurement and commercial outcomes

/n

- Lead and mentor project teams, including CA and site-based staff

/n

- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

/n

- Manage subcontractors, consultants and project deliverables

/n

- Identify and mitigate project risks

/n

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards





/n About You/n

/nWe're looking for a proven Senior Project Manager with:/n

/n /n

- Strong commercial fitout & refurbishment experience

/n

- A proven track record delivering projects $15M+

/n

- Previous experience working for a commercial builder

/n

- Strong commercial and contractual understanding

/n

- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills

/n

- The ability to lead teams and take ownership of complex projects

/n

- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

/n

- A hands-on approach with the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes
