We are looking for a creative, motivated and enthusiastic Social Media & Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team.

This is an excellent prospect for a university student studying Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design or a related field, or someone with practical experience in social media and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Plan and schedule engaging social media posts.
- Create short-form promotional videos, Reels and TikTok content.
- Help grow brand awareness and social media engagement.

Photography, Video & Graphic Design

- Take and edit product photographs for our website and social media.
- Create promotional videos, advertisements and product showcases.
- Design banners, marketing materials and social media graphics using Canva.
- Use AI tools to improve content creation, design and marketing productivity.

Website, Shopify & SEO

- Assist with updating and improving our Shopify website.
- Upload products, descriptions, images and promotional content.
- Help improve website layout, presentation and user experience.
- Assist with SEO, including keywords, product descriptions, image optimisation and website content.
- Help improve our online visibility and Google search performance.

Digital Advertising

- Assist with Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Develop creative marketing ideas and promotional content.
- Help monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.

What We're Looking For




- University students, recent graduates or experienced applicants are welcome.
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Experience with Canva and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify, website design or SEO is highly regarded.
- Photography, video editing or graphic design skills are an advantage.
- Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute new ideas.
- Must be able to drive to our workplace in Dandenong South.
- Available to work on-site for 3 days per week (18 hours total).

Previous professional experience is not essential if you can demonstrate your creativity, skills and willingness to learn.

- $35–$40 per hour + superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
