Brandid Media is a full-service marketing, design, production and events agency based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and in Noosa. Our clients include lifestyle, beauty, construction and surf brands.

We work as a real extension of their teams, so the work we do directly shapes how their brands grow.

We’re looking for someone who is excellent at social media management. You’ll love running several accounts at once, be confident with strategy and creative, and take real ownership of results.

What you’ll be doing

- Managing multiple client accounts across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Building social strategies and updating them each month based on performance
- Creating fortnightly content calendars for client approval
- Producing monthly reports for each account that cover what worked, what didn’t and what we’ll change
- Managing creators on our gifting platform, including outreach, product seeding and keeping content delivery on track
- Coordinating product gifting from shipping through to follow-up
- Creating content in Canva, plus shooting and editing short-form video
- Attending on-site content shoots with clients
- Reporting to the Directors and senior team members

What you’ll bring





- Proven experience managing social media for brands or clients (agency experience is a plus)
- A solid eye for content that performs, and the data to prove it
- Confidence in Canva
- Confidence editing in capcut and generating bulk reels that are engaging and on brand
- Experience working with creators or influencers
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage several clients without dropping the ball
- Clear, professional communication

- You live on the Northern Beaches
- You can work from our Narrabeen office 5 days a week

The role You’ll start as a subcontractor working 4-5 days a week, with a clear pathway to a full-time role once you’ve proven yourself in the role. You’ll join a small, ambitious team where your work is seen and your ideas count.

Rate: Hourly rate discussed during interview.
