We're looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our award-winning marketing agency in Karratha.

About Impact Digi

We're a 100% Aboriginal-owned marketing agency founded in Karratha in 2013. From our Pilbara roots, we've grown into a trusted WA agency working with small businesses, Aboriginal organisations, government and major industry.

Our team brings together social media, photography, videography, graphic design, websites, copywriting and marketing strategy.

The role

You'll take leadership of a portfolio of social media clients, managing everything from strategy and ideas through to publishing and reporting.

You'll get to

- Develop social media strategies, create engaging content calendars and write exceptional copy for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Create posts, stories, Reels and everyday social content that connects with audiences.
- Analyse performance, prepare client reports and recommend ways to improve results.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their businesses and help identify new opportunities.




- Capture social media content for clients using your phone, including photos, short-form videos and behind-the-scenes footage during client visits and shoots.
- Work with our talented in-house photographer/videographer and designers to produce outstanding content, while also managing Impact Digi's own social media.

This is a role where you'll have the freedom to take ownership, make decisions, contribute ideas and see the results of your work.

About you

You've managed social media professionally for a business or clients, ideally within a creative agency or small-business environment.

You're an excellent writer and storyteller, with strong organic social media knowledge, particularly across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

You're confident using Meta Business Suite, Canva, scheduling tools and analytics. You're comfortable creating content on your phone, editing Reels and getting in front of the camera when needed.

Most importantly, you're a people person. You build relationships naturally, communicate professionally, stay on top of your work and take initiative without needing someone to tell you what to do next.

You genuinely love social media, keep up with trends and enjoy finding creative ways to help businesses succeed.

Experience in Meta advertising,



Adobe Creative Cloud or professional photography would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
