We're looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join Impact Digi, an award-winning, 100% Aboriginal-owned creative agency headquartered in the Pilbara.

This is an opportunity to work from home in Port Hedland, take leadership of an established portfolio of social media clients and regularly connect with our creative team at our Karratha studio.

About us

Founded in the Pilbara in 2013, Impact Digi is a marketing agency working with small businesses, government, Aboriginal organisations and major industry across WA and beyond.

We're a team of creative, collaborative people who care about producing great work and building lasting relationships.

With in-house photography, videography, graphic design, copywriting and web development, you'll have the support of a professional creative team while enjoying the independence of managing your own work.

The opportunity

You'll be responsible for planning, creating and delivering organic social media for a diverse portfolio of clients.

You'll

- Own client social media strategies, content calendars, publishing and performance reporting.

- Write excellent captions and create engaging posts, stories and Reels across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

- Manage Meta Business Suite, social media scheduling, account administration and analytics.

- The ability to create engaging everyday content, edit Reels and confidently get in front of the camera when needed.





- Capture social media content for clients using your phone, including photos, short-form videos and behind-the-scenes footage during client visits and shoots.

- Develop excellent relationships with clients, understand what they need and recommend creative ideas to help their businesses grow.

- Collaborate with our photographer/videographer and designers on content production, while managing Impact Digi's own social media.

You'll have the opportunity to work with local businesses, tell regional stories and contribute to the growth of our social media services.

About you

You'll have proven experience managing social media professionally for businesses or clients. Agency experience or experience managing social media for a small business would be ideal.

You're an excellent writer, a confident communicator and someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people and building relationships.

You understand organic social media, particularly Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, and you're confident with Canva, Meta Business Suite, content creation and everyday video editing.

You're comfortable picking up the phone, visiting clients, creating content on your phone and appearing on camera.

You love learning, keep up with changing social media trends and can independently manage priorities, deadlines and client expectations.





Experience with paid Meta advertising or Adobe Creative Cloud would be an advantage, but isn't essential.

- Work from home in Port Hedland with regular employer-arranged travel to Karratha.
