HungryPanda is a leading global Asian food delivery platform, operating across 10 countries. We are looking for a creative, organised and proactive Social Media Specialist to join our Melbourne marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create and manage engaging social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED) and other platforms.
- Manage content calendars and coordinate multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Work closely with marketing, operations,and business development teams to deliver campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement and content performance.
- Support campaign execution, community engagement and brand growth initiatives.

Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and English , with strong written communication skills.




- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong multitasking, time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop or similar creative tools.
- Experience with Xiaohongshu, Instagram and TikTok is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in food delivery, e-commerce or consumer brands is a plus.
