Matilda Nepean Hospital is seeking an experienced full time social worker to join our team.



Working closely with the entire Multidisciplinary team including a full time discharge planner.

Criteria:

- AASW Registration
- Minimum of 1-2 years of post graduate experience
- Experience working in Mental Health, Rehabilitation and or Palliative Care.
- Experience managing clients with complex needs
- Experience managing NCAT, NDIS, MAC and other services.
- Demonstrated understanding of evidence informed practice and critical thinking
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
