You'll work across the full development lifecycle, from understanding client requirements through to building, testing, deploying and supporting applications. You'll work closely with our QA, cloud and project teams on a range of client projects.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain web and software applications to client requirements
- Build responsive front-end interfaces using ReactJS
- Develop and integrate back-end services, APIs and databases
- Write clean, well-documented and testable code
- Take part in code reviews, testing and debugging with the QA team
- Support deployment through CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments
- Work with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions on time
- Keep up to date with new technologies and best practices
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT,
Software Engineering or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of commercial software development experience
- Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS
- Back-end experience in at least one of Node.js / .NET / Java / Python
- Valuable knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience with Git and agile ways of working
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
- Full working rights in Australia
- Cloud experience (AWS or Azure)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)
