The Role

You will be responsible for:

- Converting residential solar opportunities
- Consulting homeowners on tailored solar solutions
- Managing your sales pipeline end-to-end
- Conducting in-home or virtual consultations
- Achieving and exceeding monthly targets
- Working closely with operations and installation teams
- (Manager role) Leading and mentoring sales staff
