Role Description The Solicitor role is a full-time, on-site position, working primarily from the Caboolture or Bribie offices. Day-to-day practice area include business sales, retail shop and commercial leasing, commercial property sales, transfers and other land title dealings, as well as mentoring and supervising our conveyancing team.

The role involves collaborating with colleagues to deliver timely, accurate, and practical legal solutions across the Property and commercial practice areas.



The Solicitor will also be expected to maintain strong client relationships, ensure compliance with professional standards, and contribute to the firm’s continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Experience or demonstrated capability in Conveyancing and Commercial Real Estate matters, including property transactions and related documentation.
- Current legal practicing certificate (or eligibility to obtain one) and admission as a Solicitor in Qld jurisdiction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-centered approach and robust attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work effectively within a team, and uphold ethical and professional standards.
- strong communication skills and ability to maintain and grow stakeholder and referrer relationships.
- Prior experience in a private practice or similar legal environment in Australia is desirable.
