An opportunity is now available for an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter to join our established team at our Dry Creek site.

About the Role

This is a customer-focused position suited to an experienced automotive parts professional who takes pride in providing accurate advice and dependable service. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Interpreting and identifying automotive parts accurately
- Responding to customer, workshop and internal parts enquiries
- Processing parts orders, invoices and related documentation
- Providing professional service by phone, email and in person
- Liaising with technicians, service advisors and suppliers
- Monitoring orders and keeping customers informed
- Assisting with stock control and general parts-department duties
- Building positive relationships with internal and external customers

About You

To be successful in this position, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter within an automotive dealership
- Strong automotive parts knowledge
- Previous sales and customer-service experience




- Excellent telephone, communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- A motivated, reliable and professional approach
- The ability to contribute positively within a close-knit team
- A current Australian driver’s licence

Experience using dealership management systems and electronic parts catalogues will be highly regarded.
