We're seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Queensland sales team, drive revenue growth and strengthen our market position .

About the Role

You will lead the QLD Sales team, implement state sales strategies and build solid customer relationships to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop the QLD sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue, market share and customer relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee sales operations and ensure high levels of customer service.
- Collaborate with national leadership to align state and business objectives.
- Represent Fluidra at industry events and identify new business opportunities.

About You





- Proven sales leadership experience, ideally in the pool, construction or building supplies industry
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering sales growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication and relationship management skills.
- A hands-on, results-driven approach with strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
