Job Description

Southern Cross Care is seeking a Care and Wellbeing Assistant to provide proactive, person-centered support under supervision of a Registered or Enrolled Nurse. You will assist with activities of daily living, engage residents in healthy ageing exercises, and offer social and emotional support to enhance quality of life.

Role focuses on health-promoting services, daily living support, and social/cognitive engagement, using Resparke platform where applicable.
