Our client, a leading global logistics company, is currently seeking an experienced Transport Administrator for an immediate start in Bendigo.

n

This is an ongoing Monday to Friday position working 9am-5pm, with flexibility for the afternoon shift, 1pm-9pm.

Your duties will include: n

- Transport administration and data entry
n
- Processing manifests and transport documentation
n
- Booking and scheduling deliveries
n
- Processing returns
n
- Communicating with drivers and internal teams
n
- Updating transport systems and records
n

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following: nn
- Previous transport, logistics or administration experience
n
- Strong data entry and attention to detail
n Good communication and organisational skills
n




- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
n Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with flexibility for the afternoon shift, 1pm-9pm.
n
- Full working rights in Australia
n
- Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
n
- PPE required – Hi-Vis and steel cap safety boots
