HBF invites a Senior Designer to shape our digital experiences, collaborating with Product Owners, Developers and Business Analysts to create user flows, interfaces and prototypes that improve member outcomes. You will champion human-centred design, translate research into intuitive solutions and lead usability testing across discovery, design and delivery in a 12-month max term prospect.
