/n We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to take ownership of a busy Auburn showroom and drive performance across sales, customer experience and day-to-day operations./n

/n This is a hands-on leadership role where your own sales ability matters. You’ll be working alongside your team, leading by example and creating the energy and accountability needed to achieve robust results./n

What You’ll Be Responsible For/n /n

- Lead and motivate a small, high-performing showroom team

/n

- Drive individual and store sales targets

/n

- Lead from the front and actively participate in the sales process

/n

- Build strong customer relationships and maximise sales opportunities

/n

- Monitor KPIs, performance and commercial results

/n

- Coach and develop team members to improve sales performance

/n

- Manage showroom operations, presentation and standards

/n

- Oversee rosters and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

/n

- Maintain strong customer follow-up throughout the sales journey

/n

- Take ownership of the showroom and lead by example





/n What We’re Looking For/n /n

- Previous experience in furniture retail or showroom sales

/n

- Store Management or senior sales leadership experience

/n

- A proven track record of achieving strong sales results

/n

- Commercially driven and target-focused

/n

- Confident leading a small team

/n

- Strong communication and people-management skills

/n

- Hands-on and comfortable being on the sales floor

/n

- Someone who genuinely enjoys selling and is motivated by results
