/n /n /n The successful candidate will: /n /n /n

- Have experience within the food service/retail industry.

/n

- Display warmth and enthusiasm, with a friendly positive outlook and a can do attitude.

- Be flexible, adaptable reliable and very much hands-on.

/n

- This position is based on a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday (working every 2nd weekend). You will be required to work a range of shifts including opening and closing shifts, so you must be able to work varying shifts between the hours of 4.30am and 6pm.

/n /n Due to the early morning start times your own transport is essential. /n /n The Store Manager’s duties will include: /n /n /n





- Ensuring excellence in Customer Service as the Number One priority

/n

- Ensuring the highest standards of food safety and store cleanliness

/n

- Training, supervising, mentoring and coaching team members to foster their ongoing growth and development

/n

- Management of stock including rotation, quality and minimising wastage

/n

- Implementing operational policies and effectively managing back office administration

/n

- Maintaining knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health & Safety & Food Safety

/n

- Planning and managing rosters

/n

- Promoting a positive work workplace that motivates team members to grow, be challenged and have fun!

/n /n /n Essential Skills / Attributes: /n /n /n

- Proven ability in leading, developing and mentoring a team ideally in a Food service, Cafe or Bakery environment.

/n

- Customer service focused, with the ability to engage new customers and maintain returning customer relationships.

/n

- Ability to achieve store Key Performance Indicators.

/n

- Highly organised with effective time management and communication skills.

/n

- Self-motivated, flexible, reliable and honest.

/n

- Ability to build solid professional relationships within the store team and greater network, as well as with customers, suppliers and contractors.

/n

- Physically fit, able to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 kgs.
