Your New Role
/n
/n As Store Manager of this premium fashion concession in Rundle Mall, your focus will be on what matters most: connecting with customers, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable styling experiences./n

/n This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will spend most of your time on the shop floor, engaging with customers, understanding their personal style and helping them discover pieces they love./n

- Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer service and personalised styling experiences.
/n
- Drive sales performance across ATV, UPT, conversion and individual sales targets.
/n
- Build lasting customer relationships, encouraging repeat business through clienteling and personalised follow-up.
/n
- Support and motivate an established team of six casual employees to achieve sales budgets and KPIs.
/n
- Identify commercial opportunities to improve sales performance, customer engagement and conversion.
/n
- Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, stock presentation and daily operations.
/n
- Work closely with the wider business to deliver brand standards and achieve commercial goals.
/n This opportunity would suit a Assistant Store Manager or Sales Assistant ready to take the next step in their career./n

Experience Checklist:/n

- Experience in womenswear or ladies' apparel, whether in premium, contemporary or rapid fashion.
/n
- Strong personal sales results and confidence working towards sales targets and KPIs.
/n
- A genuine passion for customer service, styling and helping customers find the perfect pieces.
/n
- Natural ability to engage customers, build rapport and create memorable shopping experiences.
/n
- Commercial awareness and confidence identifying opportunities to improve sales.
/n
- A positive, hands-on approach with the ability to support and motivate a small team.
/n
- Well presented, enthusiastic and eager to learn and develop within an international fashion business.
/n Previous management experience is not essential. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, solid sales ability and a genuine passion for customer service. Full training in CRM, clienteling and leadership will be provided./n

What's On Offer:/n

- $70,000–$72,000 + super.

- Tuesday to Saturday roster.

- Monthly team incentive based on sales performance.
