/nAs Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing this exciting new store to life./n
/n
/n You’ll set the tone for the team, create a positive store culture and ensure every customer enjoys a memorable experience. From developing your people and driving sales to maintaining beautiful visual standards, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the store and make an impact from day one./n

Key Responsibilities/n /n
- Build, coach and develop a high-performing store team
/n
- Create an exceptional customer experience through personalised service
/n
- Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance
/n
- Create inspiring visual merchandising and store displays
/n
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and operational excellence
/n
- Foster a positive, engaged and supportive team culture
/n
- Manage rostering, stock and day-to-day store operations
/n
- Lead by example with energy, passion and authenticity
/n About You/n

/nYou’re a confident and inspiring retail leader who enjoys developing people, creating beautiful environments and delivering outstanding customer experiences./n
/n
You’ll bring:/n

- Previous Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience
/n
- Experience within homewares, interiors, furniture, lifestyle or premium retail
/n
- A genuine passion for styling, visual merchandising and customer experience
/n
- Robust leadership and team development skills
/n
- Commercial confidence with a proven ability to achieve sales and KPI targets
/n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
/n
- A positive, hands-on and authentic leadership style
