We are seeking a full-time Store Manager to join our luxury Hyde Park showroom. Working Tuesday - Saturday you will combine luxury sales, client styling, showroom operations, client admin and customer service, helping clients design garments they'll wear for life's biggest moments.

High achievers enjoy generous commissions and outstanding earning opportunities. We reward success with our top consultants regularly exceeding their base salary through uncapped commissions. We set fair and attractive goals linked with an attractive commission structure. Most of our consultants well exceed 100k in yearly earnings.

Responsibilities:

- Build strong relationships with clients to facilitate repeat business
- Exceed sales targets and KPI's
- Design and style appropriate and tasteful outfits
- Educate clients about the custom suiting process
- Attend and represent the brand at fashion shows, expos and photoshoots
- Actively build brand presence within the Adelaide fashion community
- Implement strategies to drive sales and maximise profitability

Requirements:

- Have strong sales experience for 5+ years
- Have 1+ years experience in mens fashion retail
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Ability to drive sales and exceed targets
- Possess a bubbly and outgoing personality
- Must present yourself in a very professional and stylish manner for a luxury setting
