RSR Consulting RSR Consulting on behalf of 1618 Holding Pty Ltd trading as Crust Gourmet Pizza is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of its outlets in Belconnen and Charnwood, ACT. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organising, directing and controlling retail operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficient service delivery, effective workforce management, inventory control, regulatory compliance and achievement of business objectives. Reporting directly to the Director/Senior Management, the Retail Manager will exercise independent judgement in managing store operations, supervising staff and implementing operational improvements to maintain high business performance and customer satisfaction.

responsibilities Plan, organise, direct and coordinate daily retail operations across multiple store locations. Establish and implement operational policies, procedures and service standards to ensure efficient retail operations. Recruit, train, supervise and manage store supervisors and frontline staff, including performance monitoring and development.

Prepare staff rosters, allocate duties and manage workforce requirements to ensure effective store operations. Manage stock levels, inventory control, ordering and replenishment to maintain product availability and minimise wastage. Monitor sales performance, operating costs and budgets, and prepare operational and financial reports for management.

Implement strategies to improve store performance, operational efficiency, customer service and business profitability. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety,



food safety, employment legislation and relevant regulatory requirements. Maintain high customer service standards, handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints effectively.

Monitor staff performance, customer satisfaction and operational outcomes against established business targets. Liaise with senior management, suppliers and franchise representatives regarding operational requirements and business improvements. Ensure compliance with applicable franchise standards, company policies and internal operating procedures.

Qualification &

experience Diploma-level qualification in Business, Management or a related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience. At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in retail, store or shop management. Proven ability to plan, organise, supervise and coordinate retail store operations.

Experience managing staff, preparing rosters, allocating duties and monitoring operational performance. Sound understanding of inventory management, stock control, sales monitoring and operational cost management. Knowledge of food safety, workplace health and safety and employment compliance requirements. Strong leadership, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, make operational decisions and manage competing priorities.

Experience managing multiple retail locations. Previous experience working within a franchise or branded retail environment.
