This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Manager, Area Manager, State Manager or high-volume, large-format Store Manager to take ownership of one of the business's substantial retail operations in Werribee./n

/n Leading a high-turnover, commercially complex store with a team of 43, this is a senior leadership appointment requiring strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and the ability to develop multiple levels of leadership./n

/nAs Store Manager, you will take full ownership of a significant, multimillion-dollar retail operation, driving commercial performance, operational efficiency and people development./n

/n You will lead an established leadership structure, including a team of Department Managers and Visual Merchandisers with a solid focus on succession planning, team engagement and delivering an exceptional customer experience./n

What You'll Be Doing/n /n

- Lead a high-turnover, large-format retail operation with significant commercial accountability.

/n

- Manage and develop a team of 43, including five Department Managers and four Visual Merchandisers.

/n

- Drive commercial performance across sales, conversion, productivity, wage budgets and profitability.

/n

- Develop and execute strategic plans to improve store performance and identify growth opportunities.

/n

- Oversee workload planning, resource allocation and operational efficiency across a complex store structure.

/n

- Coach and develop senior leaders, building strong succession pipelines and internal career progression.

/n

- Drive recruitment, retention, employee engagement and a positive team culture.

/n

- Maintain exceptional standards across customer experience, visual merchandising, stock management and loss prevention.





/n What We're Looking For/n

/n /n

- Experienced senior retail leader with a strong commercial background and proven success managing large teams and high-volume operations. /n
- Regional Managers, Area Managers and State Managers are strongly encouraged to apply. /n
- Experienced Store Managers from major large-format, high-volume retailers will also be considered, including those from leading department stores, global fashion retailers and large-scale beauty businesses. /n
- Proven experience managing significant turnover, large teams and multiple layers of leadership.

/n To be successful, you will bring:/n

- Proven senior leadership experience within a large-scale, high-volume retail environment.

/n

- Experience managing substantial multimillion-dollar turnover and complex retail operations.

/n

- Strong commercial acumen across sales, conversion, wage management, productivity and profitability.

/n

- Demonstrated success leading and developing Department Managers or other senior retail leaders.

/n

- Excellent planning, prioritisation and delegation skills.

/n

- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive long-term business performance.

/n

- Experience managing recruitment, retention, succession planning and employee development.

/n

- Confidence taking full accountability for store performance while partnering with senior operational leadership
