About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Person to join our warehouse team at BSc in Burleigh Heads, QLD. This is a full-time position based on-site at our distribution facility. As a Store Person, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, managing inventory, processing orders, and maintaining our storage and distribution systems.

Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will directly contribute to our ability to deliver products to our customers on time and in perfect condition.

Key responsibilities

- Receiving, checking, and recording incoming goods and materials into the warehouse management system

- Storing products in designated locations, ensuring proper organisation and accessibility

- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in accordance with customer specifications

- Conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records

- Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently

- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse, storage areas, and work spaces

- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles and ensuring products are secured appropriately

- Identifying and reporting discrepancies, damage, or quality issues to management





- Following all health and safety procedures and workplace policies

- Assisting with cycle counts and periodic inventory audits

What we're looking for

- Proven experience working in a warehouse, distribution centre, or similar storage environment

- Proficiency in operating warehouse management systems and basic computer applications

- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification

- Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to maintain accurate records

- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items regularly, including heavy products

- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to health and safety standards and workplace compliance

- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Reliability and punctuality with a positive work ethic
