We are seeking a reliable and motivated team member to join our Newcastle operation in a role that combines hands-on warehouse work with administrative responsibilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, working both on the warehouse floor and supporting stock, dispatch and inventory administration.

About the Role Working across both the warehouse and administration functions, you'll play a key role in ensuring stock movements, dispatches and inventory records are completed accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include

Warehouse & Forklift Duties

- Picking and packing PVC pipes, fittings and related products
- Loading and unloading local delivery vehicles
- Operating a forklift safely and efficiently
- Moving stock throughout the warehouse and yard
- Preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Manual handling of pipes, fittings, cartons and pallets
- Maintaining a clean,



safe and organised work environment

Administration & Inventory Support
- Processing dispatch paperwork and delivery documentation
- Updating stock movements and inventory records in company systems
- Completing data entry and maintaining accurate warehouse records
- Investigating and reporting stock discrepancies
- Assisting with inventory counts and stock takes
- Coordinating with drivers, customers and internal departments
- Supporting general warehouse administration and reporting requirements

About You To be successful, you will bring:

- Current Forklift Licence (LF)
- Previous experience in a warehouse or storeperson position
- Good computer skills and confidence using warehouse management systems, Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Experience with inventory control, dispatch or warehouse administration highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to perform regular manual handling tasks
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A positive, reliable and safety-focused attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
