About the role

Treotham Automation is seeking a reliable and hardworking Storeperson / Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Brendale, QLD. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and organisation of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods whilst ensuring accurate inventory management and maintaining a safe working environment.

This role is essential to supporting our logistics operations and enabling our business to deliver quality service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

- Receiving and inspecting incoming goods, verifying against purchase orders and documentation
- Accurately recording stock information into the warehouse management system
- Organising and storing goods in designated locations, following proper storage protocols
- Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch to customers
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock counts
- Operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks and other machinery as required
- Ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organised and compliant with health and safety standards
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Identifying and reporting damaged goods or discrepancies
- Supporting the warehouse team to meet daily targets and deadlines

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a warehouse, storage or distribution environment
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (or willingness to obtain certification)




- Robust attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and inventory management
- Physical fitness and capability to perform manual handling tasks regularly
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Commitment to health and safety standards and procedures
- Valid driver's licence
- Reliability and punctuality
