We're growing at Abode Strata and looking for another great person to join our team.

This is a permanent position, initially taking over part of an existing portfolio while one of our senior strata managers, Jess, is on maternity leave.

Jess will be returning to Abode in a training and leave-cover capacity, so you'll have the opportunity to make the portfolio your own, with additional properties gradually introduced as our business continues to grow.

Who we're looking for Ideally, someone with strata management experience who can confidently manage a portfolio, run meetings and build relationships with councils and owners.

But experience isn't everything. We'd happily consider someone with less experience who has the right attitude, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

More importantly, we want someone who:
